Andrew Bell, Associate

Andrew Bell is an Associate with specialist experience in residential projects across multiple tenures, including private sale, Build to Rent, intermediate, and high end luxury. He is highly adept at coordinating and collaborating within design teams and specialist consultants on both the architectural and interior-design sides, and is also well accustomed to acting as CA, principally on large scale residential projects.

Andrew has particular experience of new build residential developments, and of the refurbishment of existing buildings, often within sensitive or constrained urban contexts. He is highly skilled at developing creative technical solutions and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of technical detailing to accommodate both the design requirements, alongside project or site considerations.

Andrew has led many large private residential projects throughout all RIBA Workstages, while also providing valuable technical input across different teams as required. He also has an easy communication style and is particularly skilled in developing trusted relationships with clients, as well as the different members of the design team and contractors alike.
